Quick and super tasty
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 150 - 200 g natural yoghurt
- a handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- a handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Splash of lemon
Toppings:

1 tsp raspberry nut powder
- The recipe can be made creative with seasonal fruits
preparation
Puree the berries (if frozen, let them thaw first) and then mix with the yoghurt. Add a squeeze of lemon and garnish with the topping of your choice.
