The green mix for in between!
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 100g lamb’s lettuce (alternatively spinach)
- 2 pears (unpeeled)
- 6 dates (pitted)
- 2 tsp spirulina powder
- 175 ml almond milk unsweetened
preparation
Wash the lamb's lettuce and pat dry. Core the pear (unpeeled) and cut into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix to a thick consistency. Then it's time to season. Depending on your taste, you can play around with the individual ingredients. For example, a riper pear can give the smoothie a little more sweetness.
Tip:
Almond milk can easily be made at home using unpeeled almonds and water. Depending on the season, the smoothie can also be mixed with other fruits.
