Here comes your energy boost!
A green smoothie with spirulina, oranges, pears and other fresh ingredients. The fresh mix provides your body with valuable micronutrients and gives you more energy.
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce – heart (approx. 120g)
- 1 handful of green grapes
- 1 pear (unpeeled)
- 2 oranges (peeled)
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 100 ml water
preparation
- Wash the romaine lettuce, grapes and pear.
- Core the pear (unpeeled) and cut into large cubes.
- Peel the oranges and dice them roughly.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more water if necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
