Spirulina - Smoothie

Here comes your energy boost!

A green smoothie with spirulina, oranges, pears and other fresh ingredients. The fresh mix provides your body with valuable micronutrients and gives you more energy.


  • 1 romaine lettuce – heart (approx. 120g)
  • 1 handful of green grapes
  • 1 pear (unpeeled)
  • 2 oranges (peeled)
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 100 ml water


  1. Wash the romaine lettuce, grapes and pear.
  2. Core the pear (unpeeled) and cut into large cubes.
  3. Peel the oranges and dice them roughly.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more water if necessary.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
