Our wild cabbage classic

We have made it socially acceptable again: wild cabbage, a cross between broccoli, Brussels sprouts and kale. This old variety, which has been forgotten in many places, contains valuable ingredients such as mustard oils, the so-called glucosinolates (sulforaphane), and secondary plant substances such as flavonoids. Available as a powder or capsules. Purely plant-based, without artificial additives, preservatives or added sugar. A superfood in the best raw food quality!

Valuable wild cabbage

Only the best goes into the bag for you! For this classic we only use wild cabbage sprouts because they have the highest content of glucosinolates, also known as mustard oils. But be careful: these are lost during cooking, so wild cabbage should be eaten raw if possible. We gently dry the wild cabbage sprouts after harvesting and then grind them into powder. This guarantees that the valuable ingredients are retained.

What do I do with it? Our consumption recommendation

Our wild cabbage contains super good ingredients, but has a typical cabbage aroma. If you don't like that, the best thing to do is stir a teaspoon of the powder (approx. 3 grams) into a glass of liquid (200 ml) and drink it quickly. We in the North German lowlands would say: Don't waste time talking, get your head down!
Of course, you can also use our capsules to give your body the nutrients it needs. These are also great for quick consumption or just as a snack.
